How do i sign up ?
You just give us the go ahead over the phone and we handle everything seamlessly because we aren’t changing anything within BT, just who is doing the billing. The whole process takes approximately 10 days.

WebaBILLity
Webabillaty is a method of accessing your bill 24/7 via our website.
It comes with the service free of charge and is designed to keep a full history of all your calls and charges from your business telephone system.
A key feature of Webabillaty is that all outbound calls can be monitored to maximise reductions in misuse and fraudulent calls. Webabillaty lets you set limits on call costs and can alert you via email when they have been violated. This basically means that when the following numbers are dialled:
- Premium Rate numbers (0900)
- International calls
- All calls exceeding £2
- Calls longer than 20 minutes
An email alerts you which include details like time, call cost and extension number of the caller. The feature is normally associated with call management and is free.
Once Webabillaty is set up, one of our engineers will call out with you and show you how to use it.
Quarterly Review
Each quarter we will look at your billing to see any unique trends that you may have and adjust you profile accordingly. For example you start a new contract in Germany and you are making a lot of calls there so we would try to get a better deal on these calls for you.
Broadband
Hi speed broadband internet is also available at a lower cost than BT. Microcoms are also campaigning to OFCOM to improve broadband speeds for Northern Ireland.

Disaster Recovery
In the event of a disaster or emergency, we can provide customer control call diversion and we have access the exchange through Openreach. Over flow is used in disaster recovery, which basically this means that calls will be diverted automatically to our voice service if:
- The line is cut
- There is a faulty exchange
- A call hasn’t been answered within 20 seconds or all the lines are busy
Platinum Service
With our platinum service we can provide a 4 hour response to major fault, line or system, repair effected in 8 hours which means that the problems can be resolved efficiently and effectively. We also provide a Free loan system in event of lightening strike so you always have access to your phones and customers.
What’s more is that Additional work is capped at £75 per hour (BT £300 per hr, NCR £ 140 per hr, Atlas £135 per hr)
