Missed Calls Mean Missed Business! Voice provides you with your own personal assistant who knows you and your business, handling your business's calls as if they where based in your office. Your assistant is on hand to look after your calls whenever you choose. You can setup VOICE to answer all calls permanently or just whenever your busy or away. Having your own VOICE assistant to support your business will save you money whilst giving you more time and flexibility. Your VOICE assistant will deal with every call professionally as if they were working in your office. Your VOICE assistant is briefed by you on your business and you can control what your assistant says to callers. We can even record calls so that you can monitor your assistants level of service. How does VOICE work ?
Overflow service / Disaster recovery Calls are diverted (using BT) to your VOICE personal assistant if a call is not answered within 20 seconds, all lines are busy, or when you have switched the service on. Your VOICE assistant answers the phone in your company name and a database of all your staff including email addresses and mobile numbers will appear on your assistants screen. Depending on who the call is for, your assistant will transfer the call to the office or your mobile, or take a message. In the event of a disaster or emergency (your telephone line is cut or your local exchange is faulty), we can divert all calls to your VOICE assistant. Disaster recovery is available ree for One Bill Customers or at £10/Month Subscription and £1/call. How do i get the messages ? Simple... we can either text, fax or email you information with the date, time, name and message. Or we can simply transfer the call straight through to your office or mobile.
How do i switch the service on or off ? All you have to do is key in your activation code (supplied by us) into your telephone to switch to VOICE instantly.

Automan have been using our V.O.I.C.E service for 6months. Automan have one direct NTL line, which is set to divert automatically on all calls of our contact centre.
